Bills have been mailed out and are available to pay online.
To Pay online, click on the house above, enter your name or parcel number. DO NOT search by your address. Just follow the prompts. There is a convenience fee of $1.25 + 3% for paying with a card. This is NOT collected by the Town of Maggie Valley.
You may pay in person at Maggie Valley Town Hall or mail a personal or certified check to 3987 Soco Rd, Maggie Valley, NC 28751.

Meet the Heart and Hands
of the Valley
Cody Greene
Investigations Lieutenant
Cody was born and raised in Haywood County. He and his wife Lauren just welcomed their third child.
He started at the Maggie Valley Police Department in 2023 as a patrol officer. He was promoted to Investigations Lieutenant in Sept. 2024. He has been in law enforcement for 11 years.
In an effort to familiarize our citizens with those who serve their community, the Town of Maggie Valley has implemented a new program. Meet the Heart and Hands of the Valley is our way of introducing those Town employees you may never see but are about the Town’s business every day.
